Enter a place, coordinates, or a vessel MMSI such as 577472000, then press Go or Enter. Vessel MMSIs contain nine digits.
Examples: Kochi · 9.9357, 76.2238 · vessel 577472000.
For a port or location anywhere in the world, keep Nearby vessels checked and choose a 10–100 km radius. Search a place or coordinates, then use Refresh to update the results. Port names are matched to the searched map location to distinguish ports with the same name.
The list combines available AIS positions with reported port vessels. Only verified coordinates within the radius receive vessel pins. Select a vessel in the list to look up its individual last reported position. AIS coverage and port lists can be incomplete; missing feed access is shown explicitly.
Place searches use the selected domain pin. Vessel searches use a vessel SVG at the API's reported latitude and longitude and show its position age, navigation status, port and recent activity.
The vessel marker is its last reported position, which may be several days old. If coordinates are unavailable, no marker is placed. Use Clear pins to remove search markers.
It feels like a forbidden cockpit—then you realize the sources are public and the data is real.
Tip: the RESIMBLE MIC button in the dock lets you talk to the map.
The globe already flies keyless. Every key below switches on another real feed — paste one and it's saved into this app's local configuration, then the server restarts itself. Server-side keys stay on this machine; Google Maps and Cesium ion run in the browser and must be provider-restricted. Keys you configured elsewhere are shown but never touched.
The Google Maps key buys the photorealistic planet — everything else stacks on top.
